Map Two
Map Two shows how retail traffic changed last month against the previous month. The regional figures are shown as variations from the national figure. This is done to illustrate the regional differences more clearly, as absolute differences between regions tend to be relatively small. Map two is a useful seasonality indicator. Retailers may request a pdf of the weather map from us which will be sent out by e-mail free of charge on the day of publication in Retail Week. Those wishing to benchmark themselves accurately against their sector are invited to contact us directly for further information.
